VALERIE FAÇHMAN has been a member of Performers Under Stress Theatre since the 1990's. (PUS will rise again in 2016.) She currently acts at the SF Dungeon. Val met Carlos in 2010 when he acted in Failure 2 Communicate, her first full length play to be produced. She cut her teeth in Chicago working for 15 years as an actor, designer, co-producer and deviser of theatre. In SF she has worked with PUS, Shotgun Players, No Nude Men, The Olympians Festival, Shanghai SF, Collected Works, Third Cloud from the Left, of course, and many others. In bocca al lupo!
ANNIE LARSON has performed in the San Francisco bay area and nationally for more than 30 years. Favorite roles include those performed in: Angels in America, Speakeasy, Here, Gypsy, Holes, Absolutely Fabulous, The Archbishop’s Ceiling, Hot Greeks, The Bride of Death, Tinsel Tarts in a Hot Coma, Pearls Over Shanghai. Off-Off-Broadway credits: Up Your Ass, Film Credits: Mini Supreme, Iberia, I’ll Be Seeing You. She has written and performed three shows for the San Francisco Fringe Festival, receiving Best Musical Comedy Awards, as well as her solo piece, “Flying Home”. Annie began her career as a founding member with "Over Our Heads" improv troupe, who recently celebrated 25 years together. Annie is thrilled to be part of this inaugural performance of "The Mariner," with Third Cloud From the Left.
BONNI SUVAL is an actor/dancer/singer/writer/ drag queen/vet tech. She has performed all over the country in various plays and bands (her favorite was tap dancing with Mink Stole in NYC at Lincoln Center). She has played many bad girls in her time onstage-from Lucy in "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" to Charlotte Corday in "Marat/Sade" and many in between. When not pretending to be other people, she rescues senior Pomeranians and teaches guerrilla tap dance classes and makes magic.
CAROLE SWANN is pleased to be a part of Third Cloud from the Left’s inaugural production. She received acting and theatre education at Shelton Studios in San Francisco and at RADA, London. Past roles include: “Antonio” (as “Antonia”)The Tempest (Curtain Theatre); “Rebecca”,The Crucible (Custom Made Theatre); “Mary Hatch”, It’s a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play; “Bananas”, The House of Blue Leaves; “The Bogle”, Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol; “Rita”,The Water Engine; “Babe”, Crimes of the Heart (Actor’s Theatre of SF); “Mrs. Popov”,The Brute; and “Estelle”, No Exit (Expression Productions); The “Queen of France” and “Bardolf”, Henry V (Vanbrugh Theatre, London). While in London she scripted, directed and performed in The Splendor is Not One That Dazzles, an ensemble piece featuring mystical autobiographic writing by twelve authors, including Teresa of Avila, Teillard de Chardin, J. Krishnamurti, Anne Lamott, and Patti Smith. Carole teaches acting privately.
